She highlighted the difficulties she had going back to work just two months after giving birth, especially when she was filming Shankar's eagerly awaited movie Indian 2, which also stars Kamal Haasan. "I was about two months postpartum when I shot for Indian 2. It hurt so bad to be doing Kalarippayattu while riding a horse. I had to see the movie through to the end, but Shankar sir was incredibly accommodating and attempted to work with my schedule. That was the hardest thing I've ever done.
